moonlight and rain

Post by ugetsu »

Been lurking, for a while. Just figured it was time for a hello,
im not the sharpest knife in the drawer so wont be seeing much of me in the intricate debates of karma's was and when. Or how many bodhisattvas can zazen on the head of a pin. But love reading those things truth be told, and admire those who can,
As.for myself,
While i danced with dharma (actually dated a cuttie named dharma once, she could dance alright and was, to be fair more then Cuttie, she was smokin hot , even when sober, )
So i figured if a chick like that, loads of fun was named dharma then the real deal thing would be rather stupendous. Now thinking about her she sure could kiss and had a gift of bieng a human pretzel via yoga,,,i would tilt my head like a pooch,,,,,damn,,,,what a girl,,
As for dharma of the real deal kind,,,,well, im a buddhist, but not a very good one, Nothing offical yet or anything, not like i sacrificed any chickens or so on,,,wait,,,,,
Anyway
But i try,.
Sencerely now the chick besides. I want to seriously start dancing with dharma,
And with that i bow deeply,
Its a pleasure to meet u all.
In moonlight and rain

Smokin' hot chicks and dharma... there's a subject you don't see every day.

For some reason the tension between relationships and renunciation doesn't get much air time around here. I feel a poll coming on...

There are two ways to dance with dharma. You can delve deeply into Buddhist thought, struggle with the jhanas, fret over correct deity practice, search for the Teacher...

Or you can just try to bring a little kindness into your life. Sometimes it amazes me how disconnected the two can be.

Catmoon How true,
Im not the freeting sort, cool as a cucumber all round, im not so much a rookie in this, though dont know the sutras by heart. I dig the heart sutra, and have a daily practice, im no monk by any means. i do stick to a daily discipline of which a smile to others and to the sun and wind is a part, A smile like kindness touches from a distance, i like what you said about bringing a little kindness into your life
A little kindess goes a long way, even spans lifetimes they say,,,,
Meaow to the moon catmoon,
I do,
