Dharma is the foundation of everything.
But I never meditated for longer than 1 hour.
Welcome to Dharmawheel.

Welcome, Temma. I am new to this forum site today and live in Oregon, USA. My main practice is Medicine Buddha which is very appropriate now because I am presently recovering from surgery. It is a perfect time to reflect on pain and suffering of all beings and how to transmute my own. Tell us more about yourself.

Dharma is pretty cool, dharmas are, well, whatever.
Meditate upon Bodhicitta when afflicted by disease
Meditate upon Bodhicitta when sad
Meditate upon Bodhicitta when suffering occurs
Meditate upon Bodhicitta when you are scared

Hi Temma!
I just want to say hello to you (as you can see I'm new, too).
WOW.. several hours of mediation! That's awesome, does it ever feel like it's a long time or is it just a great feeling for several hours. How long have you been practicing meditation and do you feel you are more aware than when you first began. I'm so curious and fascinated. Thanks for your inspiration. I need to seek/ read/think/digest more about Dharma.
I am very new, and very ignorant.
Did I miss it.... Where do you live on the globe?
I'm from the USA, Alaska.
Namaste.
