Hello everyone,
My names Michael and I've been reading so many posts on here that I figured I should join.
This forum seems packed with all sorts of knowledge and help.
Im glad to see we can connect with like minded individuals here.
I first allowed buddhism into my life about 5 or so years ago. It has opened my mind in many ways but unfortunately I was never able to
achieve a daily meditation practice or have any guidance about my practice in general.
Looking forward to finding help here.
