Greetings,
My name is Max, currently living in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, outside of Calgary, AB, Canada.
I've been meditating for 5+ years.
In May of this year I received pointing out instructions in the Dzogchen tradition by Lama Lena, aka Yeshe Kaytup. http://www.customjuju.com/wangdorrimpoche/lamalena.htm
The experience was life changing to say the least. I've been gradually stabilizing the rigpa to the point where over the last week I've had only the slightest wisps of disturbing emotions.
Dzogchen is clearly a supremely powerful set of tools. Much of the seemingly unbelievable elements that I've read or heard about have come to pass in my experience.
I'm interested in discussing prophecies surrounding Dzogchen and means of sharing this incredible gift with in the world, while maintaining its purity.
I'm interested in sharing my experience, however shallow, with anyone curious about Dzogchen.
Best,
Max
Dzogchen. Thanks for pointing that out

Hi
Wonderful that you have had some " experiences" since the introduction to rigpa. However, be careful of sharing these with anyone( other than your teacher).

Thank you for the welcome.philji wrote:Hi

Could you please elaborate as to why to be careful?
I have been very limited so far in my sharing.

I have no qualification to talk about these things, but one thing I know is that experiences come and go and are not the goal. Sharing experiences can often confuse and lead others astray. Better to point others to genuine teachers who can support the student along the way.
