Hi everyone! Glad to be here. Allow me to introduce myself...
Originally from Hong Kong, I have been a Buddhist officially for a couple of years. I took the Five Precepts a few months ago. The vast majority of my studies in Buddhism is in Chinese, so I have to get used to the English terminology.
I would classify myself as belonging to the Pure Land school. I perform preta-dana every evening. I have recently made a vow to hold and become one with the Casket Seal Dharani - I believe the powers and benefits of this dharani extends to not only those whom I meet physically, but also those I contact on the Internet.

Thank you! Please let me know if my posts can ever be more polite or proper. I do not have much experience discussing Buddhism in English.
