Breakdance Open Mind Open Heart.

Post by muni »

There were some children playing together on the ground. A mother was watching them and seemingly enjoyed this. She kept watching, smiling, without being involved in the game. Maybe she felt too old already to play. Like minds' movements don't need one to push or handle them. And so not to be involved.

Then at the railway station were some young boys. A huge radio bursted some music around. One of the boys began to jump, another clapped in his hands. Then other came to jump, break dance. I clapped in my hands as well and remembered a teaching to keep clearly watching own minds' inner movements, which then subside, and so automatically so called outside was included from there...but out and in was gone. Very peaceful. If no such watching from within to mind, the mind runs into fixation in what appears and peace is gone, mindfulness is gone and judgements, opinions follow.
Therefore it was like from there watching in such clarity the so called inner movements; mind is opening, heart is opening and the dancers where jumping in love.

Story from an old friend. :namaste:
