Some questions..
Do you preach this view to those around you in real life?
How is it received?
What does one with the universe even mean?
How long ago did you learn the word dukha? Where?
Rather than preaching to those around me in my life (which would be a pretty futile task) if I see someone clearly suffering needlessly as a result of believing things that simply can't be true, I might offer little metaphors that I feel may shed some light on the unreality of what they are worried about. Sometimes it clearly resonates (they may laugh at the what they come to realize is something quite silly), and other times it doesn't resonate.
As I said in the OP, every 'thing', every 'one' and every 'event' EVER is always already one with the universe. When it is realized, it is seen that actually, there isn't the thing or the universe, there is simply 'This'.
I first heard the word dukha in an old Alan Watts 'Eastern Wisdom and Modern Life' video on Youtube about three years ago.
