I wanted to point out that he pauses for about 3.5 minutes starting at 30:05. I happened to be at this one and you could have cut the vibrations with a knife at that point.
Wonderful those vibrations...

You should just had watched your own mind at that time.

As I'm sure you know, I am mostly teasing the "anti-vibrations" crowd when I say things like that. Seriously though, there was no need to "watch" at that point.

I mean no disrespect but you have to decide if you want go with the vibrations or the wisdom, and the if you want wisdom you have to watch your own mind.

I understand, thanks for the advice. I only talk about vibrations to get a rise out of Malcolm.

Oh yes. And then no need there for the vibrations ( whatever they are) to be rejected neither.
“We are each living in our own soap opera. We do not see things as they really are. We see only our interpretations. This is because our minds are always so busy...But when the mind calms down, it becomes clear. This mental clarity enables us to see things as they really are, instead of projecting our commentary on everything.” Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo.
