This interview took place when Khandro Rinpoche visited Lerab Ling in France to speak at the International Forum on Buddhism and Medicine in October 2010.

I sometimes think, why don't you just relax with something that you know is good for you, and have a much simpler approach of acceptance towards it? More

Can be great opportunity. Or can also be how the meaning can get lost.
