He has a book on Tibetan Sound Healing that can be used this way too. There are some youtube videos on this practice.

The best way to clear all negative emotions to see other people things as a dream,
if you are conscious how you can get mad about non existent dream characters?
Yes, thank you.
Our own misperception makes us as crazy as can be and we defend this craziness with all kind of stuff to prove it. Such suffering! Since there is no mirror who has opinions/ideas about its reflections which cannot be separate of itself and so no way to classify them in boxes. The (Nature) Mind is like an empty unsubstantial mirror without begin or end and all is reflecting in it.
Thinking mind ( fleeting ego-self-mind) judge (opinions) with good or bad or whatever, which is clinging to reflections with aversion or with attachment because the gaze is lost in its' solid appearing projection, solidified by holding on passing thoughts/feelings. Then we suffer of disturbing emotions.

Guru Rinpoche: others are ego's (self as separated independent thing) biased perception, and so we love that biased perception or not. It is like itches, the self-thinking-mind react on them by scratching, when the result is relief or good, then ahhh, a friend is born and when the scratching result in more itching or no satisfaction then................
Lost in thought, misperception arises, since immediately identification with thoughts arise and by that a self on itself is born, a self with its' biased perceptions. Then samsara rolls.

Here lays the reason why practice is so crucial to be able to interact without clinging. At least this is how I see, as long as that is not becoming stable, there is suffering by disturbing or negative emotions popping back.

Lets' see how is the example of Buddha. Look to the half closed eyes as sign of looking within, realizing that all Mara-forms, whether attractive or disturbing are all own mind and there inside own mind is the problem to be solved. Letting go opinions......... :meditate:
