Karl Brunnhölzl Interview: The Heart Attack Sutra

Karl Brunnhölzl studied Tibetology, Buddhology, and Sanskrit at Hamburg University, and Tibetan language and Buddhist philosophy and practice at Marpa Institute for Translators in Kathmandu. Since 1989, Karl has served as a translator, interpreter, and Buddhist teacher mainly in Europe, India, and Nepal.

He has also been one of the main translators and teachers at Nitartha Institute (director: Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche) in the USA, Canada, and Germany since 1999.

A special "thank you" to Mr. Brunnhölzl for giving Buddhistdoor International his time and sharing his book with us.
