Narayanan Krishnan - Akshaya Trust

Narayanan Krishnan is an Indian chef turned social worker. He started supplying meals to the homeless in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Yes, he's a Hindu, but I found the work he's doing incredibly admirable. I particularly enjoyed this touching video:
