Hi all,

I'm really excited to find this forum. I have been meditating off and on for about three years, and I became very involved in my college's Zen Buddhist group about a year and a half ago. My experiences with that group and the chaplain who leads it have changed my life. However, because I will be graduating soon, I want to make sure that I have a sangha separate from that group. I also want to explore other types of meditation, and I am interested in Mahayana Buddhism.

I am a psychology major at school, and my involvement with the Zen group inspired me to focus my studies on mindfulness research, particularly as it relates to mental health. That brings me to a major reason why I'm here! For my senior research project, I'm doing a study related to mindfulness and well-being. I'm looking for more participants! If you are a woman between the ages of 18 and 30 with meditation experience, please take my survey! It takes only about 10-15 minutes to complete. Thanks so much.
