When I started meditation I had this problem. There would always be something crawling on my face.I could not resist the itch it caused and would end up scratching my face. And these spiritual worms somehow knew which part of the face to crawl on.The moment I scratched my face, they reentered my body only to come out again on my following sittings.
I was told that that was a part of cleaning up of the body and that those things that were crawling on my face were actually spiritual worms that had to leave the body as I had started meditation.I was advised not to scratch or even touch that part of my face as the spiritual worms would drop off the face and could not re-enter my body. So the next few sittings we just bearing the itch on the face and after a while, the crawling stopped and I could meditate in peace.
If you have a problem of this nature,I hope you know what to do.May your progress in meditation be faster than mine.
