Hi All,

Clinical study shows that meditation can lower the bloo pressure in natural way. For people with high blood pressure, this might be a good news.

However, for people with low blood pressure, meditation can lower the pressure even further, which is not good.

Do you know any suggestions for low blood pressure meditator?

This is the suggestion of someone not expert neither in meditation or medical care. So, i advise you to check your doctor if you decide to follow the advice of someone you found on internet.

My advice: try to practice walking meditation. Or if you prefer, have some sit meditation and then change for some while for walking meditation.

In a healthy person low blood pressure does not cause any health problems.
