Dzogchen Community Chöd Notes

Post by Palzang Jangchub »

Notes on the Chöd

Written by Yeshi S. Namkhai with the deepest respect and gratitude to Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, wishing these notes to be useful for Dzogchen Community’s practitioners.

Please notice that this text is just “notes”, is not meant to be a “book” or to reveal a “truth”, is freely translated and meant to go more in the essence then formally present some topics.

Please notice that selection of parts should not be considered as the best possible, but the most suitable considering the general title. Therefore there can be a better selection and
composition, more important how all parts relate each other.

"The Sutras, Tantras, and Philosophical Scriptures are great in number. However life is short, and intelligence is limited, so it's hard to cover them completely. You may know a lot, but if you don't put it into practice, it's like dying of thirst on the shore of a great lake. Likewise, a common corpse is found in the bed of a great scholar." ~ Karma Chagme

not really. you just have to create a scribd account, or be willing to login through facebook.

I have a scribd account and can't view the file. In terms of downloading, there's only about 5 items you can download for free without paying. This site has gone bad.

I just downloaded the document for free a moment ago. That's how I know, conclusively, that you don't have to pay a fee to download it.

Try to download a few more, until the limit is reached.

Try uploading a document, even just a text file with one character.

It woudn't be very nice of me to put useless things on a site...

I asked my friend, another DC member, to download it from his account, and he couldn't do it, either.

Can someone please put it on another site for us?

Oh, thank you, I just saw this. I have already asked a friend who is a dzogchen practitioner to download the notes for me. But thank you, regardless, you're very kind.
