ChNNr Four Methods of Development

With the coming new year I have a question about the Four Methods of Development.

I have the book and have looked at the charts, mantras etc........but am curious as to what exactly the categories: Capacity, Life, Body and Fortune mean? Superficially, it may seem obvious what something like fortune means, but could someone concisely clarify them to me?

For instance, if one's life element is water and this year it is in conflict does that mean they are susceptible to secondary causes that may shorten life like accident and illness?

I remembered at lot of what I was looking for was in the Namkha book. :idea:

Does anyone know if there is a melody to those four mantras? If so, is there some other DC mantra that has the same melody?
