Anyone know other bands or good music suitable for offering on the 29th day?
I should be meditating.

Wickedly delightful that one.
A new artist, never heard that one before.

What are you talking about? And why did you ask in the Nyingma subforum?lorem wrote:music suitable for offering on the 29th day?
Critics slap labels on you and then expect you to talk inside their terms. - Doris Lessing

Oh music that is Guru Rinpoche themed. Henry Wolff and Nancy Hennings were students of the 16th Karmapa but from my meditative experiences inseperable from Longchenpa. Do you know of any 'Nyingma' music that you really like and is high quality?Kunzang wrote:What are you talking about? Re: Dharma Music
hello Sam, sorry i don't know the artist.
I tried using shazam but didnt find any result.
you can try reaching the channel's owner because it looks like an amateur recording...

Re: Dharma Music
Just to clarify what I think may be the confusion... Typically the 10th is Guru Rinpoche day, not the 29th (which is usually protector day/evening). Thanks for sharing though!Kunzang wrote:What are you talking about? And why did you ask in the Nyingma subforum?lorem wrote:music suitable for offering on the 29th day?
Re: Dharma Music
Thanks HAR,
Contacting the channel was my next step. It sounds amazing and I would like to find more recordings by the singer. Lately, I have been spending a lot of time standing next to the CD rack at my local Tibetan import shop and wondering how many I can afford to buy for listening at work.
Thanks again,
SamBodhi
