Rinpoche is one of the few living disciples of Khenpo Ngagchung and is widely regarded as one of the most highly realized Dzogchen yogis.
I don't know anything about him but this Rinpoche looks one of those really very precious, I'm not sure what I will do, but I will do something soon.

Ypou gained mastery of inexhaustible vajra longevity.
Your exemplary life, already more than 100 years long,
Is a marvel praised by Gods and humans. To You I pray.
Lotus-born Guru, deathless Vidyadhara with power over lifespan
Who accomplished immortality in Maratika Cave,
With Your power and blessing, victorious over the battle of the four Maras,
Please insure the stability of our supreme Protector’s life.
You Who emanates and reabsorbs the vast array of mandalas,
Kind, compassionate Root Guru,
Please remain as my protector and that of all infinite wanderers.
I pray that Your lotus feet remain firm for oceans of eons.
