"What is Love?" by James Low.

Guido Ferrari interviewed James Low in Milan in November 2012 and asked him about love, about love between two people, about love and sexuality in spiritual traditions and about happiness. "How can we achieve this?", he asks.

Love is my wife getting out of bed at 3.00am to have a cup of tea with me before I go to work. Love is the look on my 9 year old boys face when I brought him home a bike. Love is my 4 year old daughter climbing into bed with my wife & me or one of her brothers because she woke up in the middle of the night. Love is everywhere.
