I once learned a meditation called "the mountain". You sit like a mountain solid and peaceful while the weather is changing during the year...


I found this photo fitting to my recent favorite sentence:

Thanks... I love the sky and when I'm out walking I'm impressed by how few of the other walkers ever bother to look up....

Once I visited a big city in South France, and after coming from an invironment with much nature, mountains and lavender fields, I was a little bit shocked, to see this loud and unfriendly city. Everything was grey from dust and the people had to live in grey old houses with many floors.

There was a graffity at one wall: "Regardez le ciel" (Watch the sky).
I looked up, and saw a breathtaking beautiful, wide, free and joyful sky above all these grey houses and streets. And I thought "Wow."
