The School of Tibetan Healing Chod (Lama Jinpa), Sang Ngak Cho Kor Ling (Tsewong Sitar Rinpoche and Lama Pema Tenzin) and Nam Dak Sa Ling (Ngagkpa Dechen Namdrol) are presently running as independent organisations. Sang Ngak Cho Kor Ling and Nam Dak Sa Ling are currently affiliated to one another.
As for the issue of receiving empowerments: anybody contemplating taking empowerments/teachings from any teacher should always apply the teachings from the 50 Verses on Guru Devotion by the Indian Master Ashvagosha. Especially the verses regarding assessing the suitablity of a teacher as guru (Verses 7-10). Unfortunately, in these degenrate times, this advice is seldom taken to heart and people rush blindly into relationships with teachers that may be unsuitable/detrimental for them.
In order to avert further idle chatter and gossip (and possible samaya downfalls), and to remain in the sphere of fact rather than opinion, we ask members to refrain from further public discussion regarding the issue. Any attempts to instigate discussion around the issue will result in formal warnings and/or suspensions.
