Machig's sound method?

Post by zenman »

I found this bit of information from Tara Mandala-website: http://taramandala.org/about-kapala-training/
"Machig Lapdrön’s sound method for cutting through discursive thoughts." On Level Two of Kapala Training.

Anyone know what it is? Sources?

Thanks.

I think that is a subtle way of referring to the two syllable mantra that is commonly used in the Chod practice as a stand alone practice for "cutting" through discursive thoughts.

Yes, but it's generally considered bad form to publish a mantra like that on a public website so I was trying to be "subtle" myself... :spy:

So much for that :stirthepot:
