Who is this Deity?

Who is this Deity?

Saw this in an old book called The Art of Tantra. The caption says it is a Nepali depiction of "the Wrathful Manifestation of the Void." That sounds a bit vague, but I know there are so many different personifications in Buddhism. Does anyone know what figure this might be or what proper name might be applied?
