The 2 Bodies

Post by kalden yungdrung »

Tashi delek Dzogchenpas,

Yes , sure there are 2 Bodies of realisation possible in Dzogchen.

According our Yongdzin Rinpoche:

- Why is it that all the external visions are dissolved? -

The reason for this lies in the process of awareness, which is generated at the heart by the arrival of winds from the channel that comes from the lungs.
At the end of the visions this channel is completely disconnected and so the natural state becomes complete and pure.
Therefore all the visions are dissolved and this nature comes into the real final source.

Here there is no body left because everything did dissolved in Kadag / purity, only nails and hair is left, because in these things was never conciousness....

If it does not reach the final nature then a small body is left behind because the visions have not all dissolved.
Practioners of medium capacity can have a form of "liberation" in the Bardo State of "dying".

There are arguments against the dissolution of visions. But they are a secret of the Guhyagarbha and cycles like the Yangzab and the Yangti.

Hm, that does not actually answer my original question whether realization of "lesser" RB is a "binary" or "gradual" event.
