All times Indian Standard Time (IST = GMT+5.30)His Holiness the Dalai Lama will give four days of teachings on Shantideva's "A Guide to the Boddhisattva's Way of Life (chodjug)" from Sarnath, Uttar Pradesh, India, on January 7-10, 2013. His Holiness will be speaking in Tibetan with a simultaneous translation into English available.
