Highest Yoga (Atiyoga) Jin-Gang (Vajrayana) Cultivation method:
1st section: The Tibetan Tantric Vajra chanting:
A) Jin-Gang chant chanting method
B) Jin-Gang chant visualization method
C) Jin-Gang chant holding energy, meditation
and visualization method
D) Jin-Gang chant holding and leading breath/energy method
E) Jin-Gang chant leading breath method in standing position
2nd section: Highest Yoga (Atiyoga):
1) cultivate energy (Qi/energy)
2) cultivate (energy) channel
3) cultivate Bindo (bright spot)
The cultivation of energy, energy channel, & bright spot is the foundation of other methods. You must have the foundation of meditation before you can practice Six Yogas/Dharma of Naropa, or Wisdom Activities Path Six Methods of Accomplishment, which are: 1) tummo— the yoga of inner heat (or mystic heat); 2) gyulü— the yoga of the illusory body; 3) milam — the yoga of the dream state; 4) ösel— the yoga of the clear light or radiant light; 5) bardo — the yoga of the intermediate state; 6) phowa — the yoga of the transference of consciousness to a pure Buddha field.
