Lama Samten in Wales

The Venerable Lama Samten will be teaching in Bridgend and Cardiff.
The subject of Lama Samten's talk will be " Coping with Emotions".
Oct 29 at Friends Meeting House, 87 Park St, Bridgend.7.30-9pm.
Nov 3 at Gaia Lifestyle Centre, Cottrell Rd, Roath, Cardiff. 2-4pm.
lama Samten received ordination from Kalu Rinpoche and has spent over 10 years in retreat. For a number of years he was the abbot of a Karma Kagyu Monastery in New Zealand.
He currently spends time travelling and teaching around the world.
