Pointing Out The Three Paths to Inner Realization.
In Dzogchen, regarding the basis of the way one deals with emotions, the spiritual pursuits are subsumed within the paths of the three models of the monk, the tantric ascetic, and the unconditioned lay yogin.
The characteristic of path of the monk is that of shunning the complexity of life.
The characteristic of the path of the tantric ascetic is that of creating a nice make-up of reality.
The characteristic of the path of the unconditioned lay yogin is of spontaneous-liberation in any circumstance of life.
Knowing the characteristics of these paths will enlighten one as to the true meaning of “spiritual quest”.

Yantra Yoga and Vajra Dance Demonstration
Yantra Yoga or the Yoga of Movement, is one of the oldest recorded systems of Yoga that exists in the world. It is a system of Yoga that has come to us through Tibet, a land full of a vast and rich traditional Buddhist knowledge and wisdom.

The Vajra Dance is principally a practice to harmonize the energy of the individual. If one has a more profound knowledge of the meaning of the Dance, it becomes a method for integrating the three existences of body, voice and mind into the knowledge of the state of contemplation.

That's great, thanks!
Although many individuals in this age appear to be merely indulging their worldly desires, one does not have the capacity to judge them, so it is best to train in pure vision.
