the simple things
are what we already have
and contain all we need
and are found
in places we rarely look.
the wind across your skin
and through your hair
the warmth of the sun
on your neck.
the sound of a firmilar voice
or the echoing of crickets
as we fall asleep,
and the songs of birds as we wake
when these simple things
become our source of joy
we never have to look far
or seek for what we already have.

what is the soun, when a buddh a hums?
i would hear, would hear, would hear, will hear,
more deeply than before,
i am well, and well i am hearing,
'let me come with you,' i am hearing all around me.
and breathing, i am breathing, while a buddha breathing in me,
there is singing, and joyfullness ringing all around - all is joyful this beautiful sound,
this is laughter - from the heart, of hearts, the waves of life flowing past her, it is all, it is one.
