What happened?

Database issues. We were down for about 6 hours or so.

Problema resuelto.

Dharma Wheel is back online!

The problem seems intermittent. Plus Malcolm and I have each double-posted in the last 10 minutes. Also it says that mine is the last post on a thread, when in fact it isn't. Bad info.

Something is screwy.

Also threads showing up on the "unread" page where I'm the last one posting there. How can it be unread if I'm the last one? Bad info.

I have gotten several different connection errors over the past ten days where I was unable to connect. This has usually happened at night so I just go to bed but the last one occurred about 3 hrs ago .

Out of curiosity I googled the error message and in most discussions on phpbb.com there seems to be a consensus that if this problem occurs repeatedly there is most likely a problem with the server and one should contact the host. Like here for instance:

There may still be some intermittent outages over the next 13 hours or so. There is scheduled maintenance to the server at about 9 am GMT June 30 which will take about 1 to 2 hours. After that, the problems should be solved.

Just got an SQL error on making a post. I took a look around, the post is where it should be, no ill effects that I can see.

I haven't been getting any error messages (recently). It may have been a peak time of usage when you received that. We'll see though.
