Resignation

Post by DGA »

Hi everyone,

I am resigning as admin of DharmaWheel. I am making an announcement about it to anticipate any speculation before it starts! My reason for resigning has to do with my health and family obligations. I've been asked to spend MUCH less time staring at a screen, and I have promised to do just that, starting now.

Overall, while I do regret my mistakes and shortcomings, I take some pride in contributing a little bit to this excellent discussion board. I will be around as a regular member from time to time.

Yours in Dharma,
Jikan

Although I understand fully your reasons I am saddened. You are a consistent source of good sense and in-depth knowledge of the Mahayana/Vajrayana..
I wish you well Jikan..

Jikan, you have done admirably and your reasons for standing down are completely understandable. Good luck in your new adventure! :-)

Thank you for the kind words. I'm going to lock this thread, since I'd never meant it to be a discussion anyway--just an announcement. (Let that be a mark of my competence online these days.)

Again, I apologize to all for the short notice. The truth is that my eyes just can't handle the strain anymore (with this and work tasks), and my wife and family have had more than enough of listening to me complain about it.
