Where is the entire Candamaharosana Tantra?

Yes, its this question. Where can I find copy of the entire Candamaharosana Tantra in English which is not also very expensive (There's a copy of Amazon.com for $400).

Scribd.com has a sample version with no full version available.

Part of chapter eight is everywhere.
