Healing someone's anger

I found it useful that body language, speaking and talking in the right way can help heal someone's anger.

Yes, I know. Sometimes I felt like a saint because of my ability to calm people down and neutralise the situation. I have failed many times, though. But it can work!

I think I understand if someone got angry (I probably had a intense fit of anger then stopped) then the anger will subside after some time.
