i'm looking for some online source about meditation based on visualization, do you know anything?

(I would think) that sitting practice includes some sort of visualization to help the mind + body relax.

Some do, but not all.

In my humble opinion, these kinds of things are best learned in the flesh with a teacher who has received methods from an authentic lineage. With Vajrayana deity yoga practices, as we have linked above to a Chenrezig practice, you're going to need to receive an empowerment. Even methods that do not require empowerment are best to learn in-person from someone who knows what they're talking about.
