Hi!

Post by Feathers »

Hi! Finally decided to introduce myself after lurking for a few weeks and sneaking in a little question thread :p

So, um, I'm not actually a Buddhist, but reading and interested. Trying to goad my lazy/disorganised/unfocused self into doing meditation. I feel an affinity with metta practice so have started doing that off and on - my resolution now is to do it daily.

I've no clue where I'm going or where I'll end up, but this forum is a wonderful resource along the way, so thank you for existing and hello everyone :D
