Hello all,
Does anyone know of any Nyingma teachers in the northeast? There is the Padmasambhava center in NY, but besides that the northeast seems to be bereft of Nyingma centers. I have been a practicing Kagyu for over ten years, and have recieved some Palyul teachings and empowerments. I would like to make a stronger connection with the Nyingma lineage and it doesn't look like I will be able to afford a plane ticket out west anytime soon. Does anybody know if Tulku Thondup grants interviews with students? Thank you all in advance.

Thanks Yudron!
BTW, I did order Lama Tharchin Rinpoche's Dream Yoga DVD. Does it usually take awhile for the DVDs to get shipped out? I'm not trying to be impatient, just curious how long it will take.
Thanks again.

Also Dungkar Ling. If you contact them, they might be able to recommend other East coast sanghas.

I don't know. I've only gotten them on a subscription basis. They a mailed very reliably to series subscribers.CrawfordHollow wrote:Thanks Yudron!

to at http://www.tersar.org there's also the NYC gompa which HH
Dudjom Rinpoche established and lived at named
Yeshe Nyingpo which is one of the current residences of his son Shenpen Dawa Rinpoche
who gives teachings and Wangs
there on occasion.
There's also Kundrolling, in NYC and Tselgyar East in Conway MA which are centers
of Namkhai Norbu: while he may not be precisely Nyingma
he teaches mostly Nyingma practices.
Between Dungse Thinley Norbu Rinpoche's center in upstate NY, Padmasambhava Buddhist Center, and HH Dudjom Rinpoche's own centers he established that Dungse Shenpen Dawa Rinpoche continues to uphold and expand according to his father's wishes the NY area is quite rich with Nyingma activity and we owe HH Dudjom
Rinpoche immense gratitude for that!
