Wow I wish I could be there for sure. I have a question relating to this topic actually. I received the Chakrasamvara empowerment in 2010 from H.E. Garchen Rinpoche. Since Rinpoche was also giving Mahamudra teachings that weekend he did not have the time to give the teachings for Chakrasamvara. I have been working with the sadhana but am really am looking for any recordings or transcripts of the teachings. I'd be glad to provide the details of the empowerment. If anyone has any info about this I would be VERY appreciate! Thanks all!

Yes, although the sound is a little "off"
check the schedule and tune in at the times that
are specified in the schedule above.

The schedule shows the times in Eastern Time USA.
So you would convert that time to your time.

For example right now this is being webcast:

2:00-5:00pm Chakrasamvara Teachings & Practice

Among the many amazing things he said, Garchen Rinpoche said that if you have received a lung, you can give that lung, and it doesn't have to be in the language you received it in. You can give it in your own language. This was in the talks today, May 5th.

Yes, it is very excellent, and generally, slowly slowly there has been some movement for Dharma over time. Ohio has Gelugpa & Nyingmapa Dharma centers in the North, Karma Kagyu in the middle & Drikung Kagyu in the South. There are also Shambhala centers, and many other kinds of Dharma; surprisingly this state which is considered by many a "Bible Belt" state, has considerable dharmic activity. At least one western Tulku I know was born in Canton Ohio, south of Cleveland, he was recognized by Kusum Lingpa Rinpoche, in addition, there are ordained Sangha whose birth place was Ohio, some of those ordained are actively teaching, so it's developing slowly, with good results, as the teachings seem to be taking root.

Just noticed last night how good it was, as a bonus I got a couple of empowerments. A Guru Rinpoche practice by Pema Lingpa and a also Vajrapani of unknown origin.
