What to expect? Family-style Dharma practice. Check it out.The Blue Mountain Sage Sangha will hold a 1/2 day meditation on Sunday April the 14th.
We start with a ceremony at exactly 1:00pm, so be here no later than 12:45pm and we will sit through the whole afternoon. There will be breaks throughout the day. The program ends at 6:00pm and then we will cook and eat together, if you would like to stay.
Bring comfortable clothing you can sit in. There are no zafu to lend so please bring your own zafu or meditation bench. Several chairs are available, though. Cell phones must be on silent and left outside of the hondo along with your packed beverages and snacks.
This event is free but you can leave a contribution in the dana box.

Denver, Colorado.
My old stomping grounds.
Spent most of my life in that area.
Beautiful place, horrible cops. (they have been known to do things like beat people to the ground for sleeping in their car)
Definitely a good place to be a tourist.
Not such a good place to live any more.
But yeah, it's nice to see things in Colorado are lively.
Colorado needs more Zen or Japanese descended practice, there's lots of Tibetan represented there, but not enough Zen or Japanese lineage practice.
