Hello Dharma Friends

Post by KonchokZoepa »

Hi, Im from finland and have been practicing buddhism for almost two years now, Tibetan Buddhism.

took refuge one and half years ago approx. with Rabsang Tulku Rinpoche and have been committed to the path and still am and always will be.

just found out that Tulku Dakpa Rinpoche here in finland from Nyingma lineage resides here permanently, but i live in another city, but maybe will move there. first going to check it out.

so far i have been only connected with Drikung Kagyu and also little bit with Karma Kagyu. but would be also nice to learn from the Nyingmapas. maybe i will find my root lama here in my country

hmm, just wanted to introduce my self a little bit and tell something about me and Buddhism.

Hi all. :hi:
If the thought of demons
Never rises in your mind,
You need not fear the demon hosts around you.
It is most important to tame your mind within....

In so far as the Ultimate, or the true nature of being is concerned,
there are neither buddhas or demons.
He who frees himself from fear and hope, evil and virtue,
will realize the insubstantial and groundless nature of confusion.
Samsara will then appear as the mahamudra itself….

Hi there. I also have practiced within karma Kagyu for many years and was closely linked with Palpung centre and Lama Rabsang. I am in Wales UK where Palpung centre is 1 hour away....however I too for 1 year or more am beginning to practice within Nyingma and also Kagyu under guidance of Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche, and other teachers in Gomde tradition.

Hi

What a great plan. Moving nearer to the teacher. Proximity, so I am told, is a state of Mind but then what is not . . . :woohoo:

Tell us how it goes. :hi:
