Re: Moderator approval of posts

Do you have a professional credential to diagnose or question someone's mental health? (In the U.S., for example, MH professionals don't make diagnoses, or even hypotheses,...

Re: Political discussions on Dharma Wheel

These disgusting political coverstations here aboard , i see on the level of Theravada / Sutra, the field of dualism. Therefore remarkable that Dzogchenpas are here involved, in these bad kind of dualisms and stamp the world accordingly their "opinions" about good and bad. As in "pure" or "dirty"?

Re: Political discussions on Dharma Wheel

You guys can go ahead and talk politics all you want. I might even join in now and then. It's part of life. But if you do so under the battle flag of a self-righteous Dharma practitioner, expect to have the discussion identified not as a Path that ends at Enlightenment, but as a path that ends at e...

Heart of Perfect Wisdom (Prajña Paramita Hridaya) The Bodhisattva of Compassion from the depths of prajña wisdom saw the emptiness of all five skandhas and sundered the bonds that cause all suffering. Know then: Form here is only emptiness; emptiness only form. Form is no other than emptiness; empt...

Re: Political discussions on Dharma Wheel

Yeh i see a certain majority who prefers political dirty discussions about " reality ", which would help to a better understanding about illusions and that in turn would help us in this right / left winged idiot society to survive as Buddhists ? ...... Re: Political discussions on Dharma Wheel

How do you guys feel about the bible thumpers in America that promote patriotism as a religious vale? Do you understand why the U.S. Constitution has the separation of church and state? Or promote religion as a patriotic value. P.S.If you don't "exist", how can *you* free Tibet? Would that be to so...

Re: Vasectomy

You heard that unnamed lineage holder talk about consequences of vasectomy. Not about the hindrances such a step could bring to one's tas-lung practice (which could be a personal experience of before/ after of such an intervention) but about the general karmic consequences of such step. Of course, ...

Trump on Wednesday, February 28th:

“Take the guns first, go through due process second.”

That figures. He's used to reaching out and grabbing things without asking.

Re: deadliest mass shooting in the U.S.

So inspiring! At our last safety training, a scenario of a shooter on the bus was addressed. Two training videos were shown. In the first, the kid started shooting, the bus driver yelled "Run!", then bolted out the door. The second endorsed video showed him running down the aisle to fight the shoote...

[ Trump is showing what a graceless person he is by blaming that deputy. Still, I think the deputy failed his duty. I can just imagine the courageous Trump lumbering in there waving his pea-shooter with his big tie flapping . . . He wasn't about to die when he's ready to retire with a nice pension....

Mona Charen at CPAC: “There is nothing more freeing than telling the truth. And it must be done, again and again, by those of us who refuse to be absorbed into this brainless, sinister, clownish thing called Trumpism, by those of us who refuse to overlook the fools, frauds and fascists attempting to...
