One of his meditations is analytical meditation. He says this meditation has helped quell his anger.

at spirit rock in California a lot of the dhamma teachers are learning somatic experience therapy, which is a way to relieve trauma stored in the body, which can help alleviate the symptoms of psychosis.

I am not a teacher and never said I was a teacher, I said I taught one of my parents loving kindness meditation meaning I showed them how to sit and wish for others well being. when I lead classes I was allowed to do this by my teacher because I was able to give the people in the class my dhamma tea...

I have OCD, it will take weeks or a few months to cure you, I have been using this technique for 17 days and today I have started seeing actual relief. The book Brain Lock was written by a Buddhist, and he uses 4 techniques for overcoming ocd thoughts and rituals.
