Just a thought. The problem with that ...

Re: What Did You Eat Today ?

Breakfast: nofat vanilla yogurt mixed with dry oats with a banana cut up in it.

Lunch: a can of pinto beans with siracha sauce, about an ounce of extra sharp cheddar and a raw onion.

Dinner will probably be an orange an apple and a banana.

I think its one of those things like being president (not mentioning any names here), if you want the job you may not be fit to handle it.

Re: This Neuroscience Article has Huge Implications

Great article thank you :)
Reminds me of early chan dialogues between student and master, except with way, way way, too many words and no references to trees, mountains etc.

Come to think of it, maybe i read too much.

this one isnt comfortable. I used one once that was pretty big, traditional black, sturdy cloth, buckwheat hulls, kinda tall. It was from SFZC? I got one of these around 2005, had to top it off once or twice, the buckwheat hulls will eventually get ground down. Have washed it twice iirc and drip dr...

Never shop on an empty stomach, that way you have a better chance of buying with your head rather than your appetite.

Eat sweet fruit as a substitute for sweet snacks. Right now im having a spoonful of pb with a quartered gala apple, its delicious.

Relax. Practice is not a life and death struggle against yourself, its more about just doing the method and relaxing and taking yourself as you are. If you just do the method, relax and give yourself a good helping of metta, you will make the road alot easier. After all practice never ends as long a...
