When lung ta is low, this means that the drala is inactive and that we need to ‘accomplish’ drala to increase the life force of the windhorse. We have to bring life forve and energy to the drala. Orgyen Tobgyal Rinpoche

One manifestation in different sadhanas

Is there a reason to practice one manifestation in more sadhanas or practices?
For example when you have different transmissions for one deity, is it better to focus on one of them or practice one for some time then other?
