I too am interested in learning more about Dharmakara, when he lived, etc. He seems to be a pretty important guy if he is Amida Buddha. Is he just a mythical figure or what do we really know about him? Did he live before Shakyamuni or after him? Does anyone know what the consensus is and what the ev...
