Then comes practice. And more understanding. And dedication of merits to all sentient beings. So you see? It ...

Re: comment on strange experience?

No, I met Rinpoche only online.

Lisa do you have cold symptoms? It may have been a quick cold.

Also, thank you for the kind thought!
It may be that my computer is a fan of HH DL and it shuts itself down when someone tries funny stuff on me.

Right now I practice with the Tampa sangha under the guidance of Drupon Rinpoche. Thank you so much for telling me ...

You need a third party, a reference point.
Yes, the person took you for a clueless victim which you are not.
I hope it helps.

My laptop had been em-powered. As it doesn't understand, poor mate, what is happening, he burned himself down. I'm writing from a tablet which is not mine. The comment went instantly in and the rest is history.
I wish poor guy back but well...

I sense myself as having been a bit inappropriate telling you what to do. I would like to apologize and suggest from here on a new beginning in that you follow according to your perceptions.
Thank you! :)

Communication is key: communicate to convey your feelings and your ideas/take on the matter! And relax to quiet your mind! A lot. Contemplate, be artistic, take a walk,...

Re: Backyard Gardening

No, we don't have a backyard garden. We have a refuge area for birds in the park nearby with a lagoon for ducks. It's a prairie habitat.
I don't do much than alert the superviser of the park if I see anything that seems to become a problem.
