Re: What happens at the end of a mahakalpa?

During the end of the kalpa, nothing controversial particularly happens. Everybody starts doing good, samadhi, etc., and all the creatures of the world system gather in Brihatphala with brahma bodies and minds. This is the highest undestructible level of mundane 4th Dhyana with only rupa-abode Akani...

Re: Buddha does not recommend recitation

Another madman with binary thinking spreads slander on Vaipulya scriptures... It does not matter when and who said that 2 + 2 = 4. Buddhadharma is not dogmatic. It is important that it is said well, leads to knowing, to understanding, to the end of mistakes and well-being

Are the first two words in the title in the locative?
Neutral dual like compound and vocative i suppose... There is a chaos in gender and cases in an otherway.

Sure he is, it is all he teaches. He generally begins with the 4NT, the five indriyas, etc. Please revise your comment. I don't think so. Buddha teaching was not created by "mistaken dualistic mind of human beings". It is not "the real root of our suffering and of all our conflicts". If it is true ...

Tashi delek TM,

Nothingness can be seen as Emptiness or Nature.
It looks like more this reading ) With emptiness everything is possible. It's a pity that Bon Abhidharma does not have an English translation ) It would be very interesting to read it!

Re: Suicidal Thoughts

Okay, so as mentioned in the Santa Muerte forum, I sometimes have suicidal thoughts coming up during samadhi and nowhere else. what is samadhi? Is it pure emptiness without thought? Or is it emptiness with realization in it through thoughts and thinking about it? I have no clue now on my practice. ...

First of all, being arose from nothingness I'm more than sure that this is just an inaccurate translation or absence of commentaries on hindu-like description. Nothing arises from nothingness. S\beings always were in this or that mode so we only can talk about the deployment of this kalpa, for exam...

It looks like stylisation of tibetan ' . 2) long A 3) maybe long HA 4) maybe long श ( śa ) (not ष ṣa) like in शासन (śAsana) (instruction, rule) or शास्तृ (teacher). 5) maybe long SA 6) maybe long MA The letters are s...

Re: Dzongsar Khyentse on the importance of Mahayana

How can one be devoted to the man who speaks about "ego" and other strange things? There is no "ego" in buddhism. It is fiction. One can't rebuilt the "fortress of ego". For ex one can't rearrange horns of the rabbit. Vaisnavas are egoless in that respect because they are devoted. Nice. And that man...

Vajrayana was revealed for brahmanas, vaisnavas, saivas and other barbarians. They do not have a brain by default. :D
It is good that that person has a buddhist malas on the neck. There could be a necklace of ears actually.

There is trikaya even on 1-st bhumi but not as developed as on the 10-th bhumi for ex. (according to yogacara of Asanga). Nothing surprizing that there are tulkus with strange conduct. As for me I don't believe that all Karmapas, HHDLs etc. were lineages of the same consiousness. There could be stud...

Even the Buddha had disciples whom he could not help. Sure, but he also had many disciples who he did help. Are you saying they would have been enlightened at that time without him? If you're stuck in a well, you can't get out without help. At the same token, if someone lowers you a rope to pull yo...

Re: Transfer of merit and Tibetan practices

If the transfer of merit was literally working then all of us would have been released long ago. There is a well-founded suspicion that in addition to your qualities you do not develop anything. Because consciousness of Tara is her amala-vijnana-suit and your alaya-vijnana is your's. Even the Buddha...
