Recently came across Dudjom's Urgyen norla , Chokgur lingpa's Lama norla, Kusum lingpa's Urgyen Dzambala and Northen treasure's Ratna throche tsal. Just curious, what would be the difference between Urgyen norla and Urgyen Dzambala and Ratna throcheng tsal ? Are these all Guru Rinphoche's emanation?

Can someone please explain the differences in Lama Tsongkhapa Guru Yoga and Lama Chopa Guru Yoga?

I have been doing Lama Tsongkhapa Guru Yoga and have recently joined the FPMT where I noticed that Lama Chopa Guru Yoga is done.

I am just wanting to know the difference in these two practices.
