Re: Weight

Assuming you don't exercise, use the link to find out how many calories you burn in one day. Then simply eat that amount and your weight will stay stable unless you're sick or something. http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ Btw, to gain/lose weight eat five hundred more/less calories per da...

Re: Restless itching sensation inside the chest.

Hi At the age of 13 I started having a restless, burning and itching sensation in the chest. It is located at around four cm above the lower tip of the chestbone. It strenthens and weakens in waves, and at times it is so intense it is driving me mad, especially at night (it often begins in the afte...

Re: Protective Result

No, I am certainly no teacher. I have certain empowerments but don't by any means feel confident enough to teach anyone. Do a personal ceremony of sorts.....perhaps I could do that with them, if no teaching is available....so if that is what you mean.... yes with no responses for a teaching...

Re: Buddhism on God

good people are still rewarded with pleasures whereas bad people suffer. The whole of Samsara can be regarded as "hell", since it is the world of suffering and dissatisfaction. Even the pleasures in Samsara are not without some degree of suffering. So I don't think that's a significant difference. ...

Re: ChNN's Vajra Armour teaching

Dude, get off the internet and keep practising! I thought one has to practice this without saying any other words? Otherwise one has to start again. That includes writing I would think, no? I don't think so. Writing is allowed in Nyungnay if I remember correctly. However, sustained non-Dharmic thou...

Re: Buddhism on God

they believe that if one does not embrace God and become a Christian (through baptism) that one will burn in hell forever. This is regardless of whether the individual is good or bad or has even ever come into contact with the notion of God. There are many Buddhists who believe that unless a person...

Re: Buddhism on God

Let's take Baptist (and even Christian Orthodox) logic, for example. Baptists and Christian Orthodox do not believe in Purgatory (like the Catholics) they believe that if one does not embrace God and become a Christian (through baptism) that one will burn in hell forever. This is regardless of whet...

Silk arrow

Hello everyone, I've been doing a prayer called "Summoning Good Fortune" from a White Zhambala Sadhana. In the very beginning it says: "Wave the silk-arrow and chant while meditating". Is a silk arrow the same as a Dather arrow? Also, would the arrow shown below work for wealth practices? http://www...
