Re: Pan Cakes Recipe

There's all sorts of vegan egg-substitutes out there, locust bean is one that comes to mind (they use it in tofu)

That's the most seriously well researched, informative and scientifically based piece of reporting I've seen for a long time. If that journalist doesn't deserve the Pulitzer award for that incredibly detailed piece of journalism I don't know who does.

Re: Obama's Left "Humanitarian" War.

The term neo-liberal is not an American term. It has only been recently employed US discourse. It was formerly used primarily outside the united states to refer to the new liberalization of international trade under the WTO. Neo-liberalism is term used to describe neo-conservative free market corpo...

Re: Obama's Left "Humanitarian" War.

Isn't it funny how Americans have made the terms liberal and conservative have the same meaning just by adding a neo- before them? In Australia there are two major political parties (which once had very seperate ideologies) the Australian Labour Party (socialist politics) and the Liberal party (free...

Re: Finding and leaving the teacher ...

Fabrication of "finding" and "leaving" as being a pair of mutually exclusive and exhaustive phenomena and reification of this fabrication may entail this wavering. But since "finding" in the sense of "having found" is a prerequisite for "leaving" it does not exclude "leaving" and "leaving" does not...

Re: Finding and leaving the teacher ...

...if the practice does not seem to produce results you can abandon it. Results? :namaste: ok Not exactly an answer by any standards. But I guess it was only a one word question. So what does it mean when you sy that a practice does not seem to produce results? What type of results would you expect...

Re: Finding and leaving the teacher ...

What is the role of "teacher" in the context of liberation which may enable one to be of help for others to get liberated? When does "teacher" become bondage? Does "benefit" have to have a certain quality before "leaving" is undertaken? Can "benefit" arise when "leaving" is rejected? That's more li...

Re: Finding and leaving the teacher ...

Nothing has been defended. However through contacting words and manifestation of "contact -> feeling -> perception/fabrication" it may appear as if there were something worthwhile to be defended and so there may arise attack in order to defend. Why is this? It is due to "clinging aggregates". So ac...

Re: Finding and leaving the teacher ...

In order to receive benefit, one has to find its source. Once benefit has been received the source of benefit should be left. As soon as you have received benefit from a teacher, immediately leave him. This is much more than a hypothesis, it also puts across a distinct view. I mean you could have s...

Now you are just clumsily playing with words. I say clumsily because the meaning of what you are saying is extremely ambiguous.
